Saratoga Springs, NY has long since been touted for many things. Picturesque landscapes, horse racing, a hub for culture and arts. Now, Ilana and Marc can add “where we got married” to that list! Wed at The National Museum of Dance, Ilana and Marc celebrated with a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony and reception shared with family, friends and fruit this past fall! The unforgettable day will remain that way thanks to Camera Famosa Photography who captured it all.
Ilana’s dress featured a lace bodice and organza skirt making for a modern yet classic style. Her stunning cushion cut engagement ring could only look even more beautiful when paired with her new sleek diamond wedding band. Marc’s band is equally as sleek outfitted in white gold with minimal detailing. It also appears that Ilana has her somethings old, new, borrowed and blue covered!
A gorgeous chuppah set under an old brass chandelier bursted with all white everything. White bark, white flowers and white lights made for a crisp, clean and breathtaking focal point. Autumnal pops of oranges and purples completed the scene.
A veil-covered Ilana and soon-to-be-hubby Marc gazed at each other lovingly, hands held, before they said “I do.” Once vows have been exchanged, the veil comes off and the two are ready to party, but not before experiencing an intimate moment together wrapped in a shared talit.
Ilana’s wedding party wore matching eggplant purple floor length dresses. Their all-white bouquets popped against the rich color, just as Ilana’s purple calla lily bouquet did against her gorgeous gown.
Marc’s groomsmen kept it classy and simple in black tuxes worn with black bowties and accented with white calla lily boutonnieres.
The epitome of fall, the tables featured gorgeous centerpieces comprised of branches and flowers in rich red, green, orange and purple hues. Apples added a unique accent, and it all popped atop stark white table linens.
Ilana and Marc soared high above their guests as they were raised in chairs during the Hora. The two later took it to the floor as they danced the night away to the stylings of their magnificent band.
Ilana and Marc truly celebrated a night to remember at their festivities this past fall. A special thanks to the beautiful couple for sharing their Jewish wedding day with all of us.
