Jamie and Jared were wed at one of the most beautiful and renowned public botanical gardens in the country, the Denver Botanic Gardens. Alison Rose Photography caught their Jewish wedding ceremony and reception on film, and we are so happy she did!
Outdoor Jewish Wedding Ceremony
The cherry blossom Ketubah was signed overlooking the pond scattered with lily pads. A picture perfect moment to say the least!
There was a total balance between old and new at the wedding, as evidenced by the traditional kiddish cup and Jared’s ultra modern Converse he wore with his suit and tallis. The yarmulkes were knit in eggplant, cream and a light shade of mossy green to compliment the rest of the wedding and natural decor.
A closer look at Jamie’s bouquet reveals flowers of varying sizes and lengths in hues of red, green and cream. We love the contrast in colors and textures. Although a lot is going on, it feels simple, natural and romantic. Pink ribbon ties it all together (literally!)!
In lieu of a traditional wedding cake, the couple opted for cupcakes! A tiered stand allowed them to stick with the classic look, but they were able to have some fun choosing cupcakes of different flavors and colors for guests to choose from. Decoratively wrapped candies accented the display!
Though Jamie and Jared could not have been happier to share their day with family and friends, they also enjoyed some glances (and dances) away from the festivities. Thank you, Jamie and Jared, for sharing your photos and story with all of us!
