Romance Finds the Beach at this Jewish Wedding

Rachel and Jordan tied the knot at The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville, Maryland. SoftBox Media Photography captured every moment of this romantic party for us.

Jewish Beach Wedding Jewish Wedding Ceremony

Jewish Wedding Ceremony Bride FamilyThe bride’s parents looked elegant in similar shades of navy blue. Rachel’s mother wore a corsage with flowers similar to those of the bride’s bouquet, a beautiful way to honor mom’s presence on this special day.

Jewish WeddingThis couple’s genuine love for each other was palpable throughout the party, but never more than the first time they saw each other on their wedding day.

Jewish Wedding Beach CeremonyGetting married on the beach certainly proved its draw during this waterfront service. If the breathtakingly colorful sunset wasn’t touching enough, Rachel wrote the ceremony to verify it would be both personal and compassionate.

Quilt Chuppah | HuppahJordan’s mother quilted this unique chuppah from a picture he’d taken while on vacation with Rachel in the Canadian Rockies. Not only did it pay homage to Jordan’s Canadian roots, but it also honored a special memory the couple shared.

Jewish Wedding, Blue Bridesmaids DressesThe bridesmaid’s cobalt blue dresses blended well with the reception’s theme.  The bouquets’ bright pink hues were a wonderful contrast against the gowns.

Jewish Wedding Ceremony Aisle DecorationsSimple but colorful aisle decorations are growing trends in weddings, and these mason jar vases meshed perfectly with the bridesmaid’s bouquets.

Jewish Wedding RingsKetubah Signing

Lasercut Ketubah SigningThis aqua blue ketubah will make a beautiful piece of art for the couple’s home, always reminding them of their beach side nuptials.

Blue & White Beach Theme Wedding DecorCrisp white cloth, wooden chairs, and pops of cobalt blue added an understated beauty to the reception’s ambiance.

Beach Theme Wedding CupcakesBeach Theme Jewish Wedding Cake with Seashells & StarfishWhat better cake for a beach side wedding? The ivory frosting and seashell toppings were nautically elegant, and individual cupcakes were an adorable addition to the dessert.

First Dance Bride & GroomThe couple’s first dance was Rachel’s favorite part of the night.  They even practiced special moves beforehand to surprise their guests with!

Jewish Wedding Hora, Chair DanceThis traditional chair lift and hora were just the beginning of an all-night party! Rachel and Jordan’s band kept the party going and the dance floor crowded until their final song’s last note.

Bride & Groom at SunsetMazel Tov Rachel and Jordan! We hope this is just the first of many sunset walks you will take together, and are so happy to have shared in your special day.
