Dazzling Russian-Jewish Wedding At A Boca Synagogue

It was love at first sight for Alina and Rafael, who tied the knot at B’nai Israel in Florida last fall. A breathtaking temple wedding showcased the couple’s love while paying homage to their Jewish and Russian roots, all captured by Jeff Kolodny Photography, Inc.

Temple Jewish Wedding Ceremony - Dramatic Lighting

Beautiful bride Alina, the new Mrs. Foss, shared a first-hand account of her big day with us. Describing her wedding as extravagant, elegant and magical, we can see all of those things just from these stunning pictures of her before she said “I do.”

Jewish Wedding Reception

Jewish Wedding Chair Lift & HoraAfter cocktail hour (and a half), the reception began with a 12 minute horah! We don’t know what we love more about this picture: the sheer happiness on Alina’s face or how amazing her dress looks!

When asked her favorite wedding detail, Alina shared that her cake…takes the cake! She once showed Rafael her dream cake, and he surprised her with just that on their wedding night! Seven tiers of serious bling came to life and served as a delicious and beautiful focal point of the evening!

Russian-Jewish Wedding Party Entertainment, FloridaThey say a picture is worth a thousand words, and these photos leave us speechless. The happy couple looked to have the best night with their family and friends.

Jewish Wedding Candy Buffet TableThe only thing sweeter than the couple’s candy table was them! Alina told us that in Russian tradition, when a toast is made, everyone says “gorca” meaning bitter, and then the couple must kiss! This is because alcohol is bitter and a kiss is sweet! Awww!
