Whether you go on a Birthright trip or family vacation, being Bar or Bat Mitzvah’d in Israel has become a growing way for Jewish families to connect with their religious roots. The same was true was for Leila, who received her Bat Mitzvah in Israel and decided to celebrate with family and friends when she returned home. Of course, after having returned from such a memorable trip, it only made sense that the party would honor her Israeli experience, with a Milk and Honey themed affair! The memorable event was planned by Melisa Imberman of The Event of a Lifetime.

Lily Israel recently celebrated becoming a Bat Mitzvah in her hometown of Orlando Florida, and celebrated with a stunning affair. The theme was All Things Lily, using light pastel colors with pops of bright pink, and patterns that were feminine and fun. Bliss Events by Laurie Anne Portella did an amazing job planning and executing the event, and Scott Watt Photography captured the whole day for us to “ooh and ahh” over this beautiful occasion!
After an inspiring Fashion Week here in New York, Pantone has announced its’ Fashion Color Report for Fall 2014. The colors for the fall are decidedly bold, yet soft, with shades of purple (Radiant Orchid made the cut yet again!), blue, yellow and red in the mix. This palette is an excellent and fun one to turn to for bar & bat mitzvah and wedding inspiration.
Jordan celebrated her Bat Mitzvah with family and friends at the Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart, Florida. As an accomplished pianist, devoted animal lover and captain of the cheerleading team, Jordan chose a theme to emphasize her full personality. The party’s “midnight jungle” room was a mix of her love for animals and her girly side, with enough animal print, bling, and elegance to capture her entire self! Photography by Sampson Photography.

When it came time for Bat Mitzvah girl Ava to pick a theme, it was easy! Combining her love of music (vinyl, no less!) and painting with her fun-loving personality, Ava went with a graffiti grunge theme. The party was aesthetically awesome as well as interactive for guests! Photography by Kelsey Crews Photo.
