This wine comes from several plots in the Upper Galilee, and combines Cabernet Sauvignon (67%) with Merlot (20%) and Shiraz (13%). The wines were aged separately in French oak barrels, half of them new. After 12 months they created the blend and the wine was bottled, without fining and with only mild filtration.

This Spring, Rachel DellaPelle celebrated her bat mitzvah, and we were tickled pink to get a peek into her day thanks to H&H Photographers! The day started at Adath Shalom Synagogue in Morris Plains, New Jersey and continued on at The Grove in Cedar Grove. The theme, “Really Rachel”, was translated in every element and showcased all of Rachel’s favorite things, including the color pink!
Rachel’s bat mitzvah ceremony went beautifully, as she read her prayers with ease and poise in front of over 200 guests! Rachel’s family, including older siblings David and Jaime, took part in the ceremony as well. When the ceremony was over, the guests made their way to The Grove, a stunning venue to begin with, outfitted in shades of white and off-white accented with black. The service as well as the party was held at Temple Beth El in Chappaqua, NY.
